Hello! My name Vincent and I am a freelance illustrator and artist in Portland, Oregon.
Story time
Throughout my life, I have been always been drawn to creative acts and mediums. This fascination only grew with age as I started out with drawing, photography, and building. I looked at these as a hobby mostly, but it wasn’t until my young adult hood that I began to see the potential in it as a career. While attending the University of Oregon, I became drawn to the arts program as a freshman who was unsure of his path. I then applied to the Art and Technology program which encompassed a large swath digital arts, some being video editing, digital drawing, graphic design, and much more. I went on to graduated and received my BA in 2022.
Illustration has became the focus of my attention for that there is a deep sense of gratification and accomplishment I receive from doing the work. I constantly seek to improve my craft and develop my style. I have been growing my career in freelance, each year making larger strides. Illustration is somewhat of a niche in the creative industry so I am working on expanding my potential into other fields.
